As director of product development, she works as lead writer and editor for writing, testing, training, and implementation of all new or revised Grid designs. She also oversees all custom designs and applications for Grid and Instrumented Team Learning designs. She works with associates to write and publish related research articles. McKee has written and co-managed Grid seminars and train-the-trainer sessions in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, India, and Japan. Rachel co-authored Grid Solution Selling with Dr. Blake, and is a co-author of the current text for the Leadership Grid Seminar, The Power to Change, which has been translated for delivery in Thailand, Spain, Japan, Singapore, India, Malaysia, Germany, Turkey, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Italy, Quebec, Austria, Ireland, Mexico, China, Poland, Hungary, and Czech Republic. Professional Background: Rachel has worked as a professional writer for the 18 years since graduating from The University of Texas in Austin in 1987. Expertise: Don has been a Grid associate since 1998, and his experience with Grid goes back to his first Grid Seminar as a participant in 1973. He is author of the recently released Service Excellence Seminar and is currently writing a Balanced Scorecard Workshop for release in 2004. For the past two years, he has facilitated the development of Grid International’s vision and strategic planning effort, and has also done strategy work with Grid’s European Associates.

Professional Background: Don established his consulting practice, DJE Holdings Ltd., in 1998 following his retirement from the telecommunications industry. His goal with DJE Holdings is to assist businesses in the development of their people skills, service culture, and management systems. Don spent 31 years in corporate life with BC Tel, progressing to the executive level by 1989. He continued in VP level positions until his retirement in 1998 as Vice President & General Manager, BC Tel Supply.

Education: Don is a graduate of Harvard Business School (1993), and is very active in the community. He is Chair of the Board of E-Comm Corporation (Emergency Communications for Southwest B.C.), and Chair of Telecare Management Inc. He is Past-President of the Rotary Club of Vancouver, and is a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade. He serves as a Director on the Boards of the West Coast Railway Association and the Association of Railway Museums. He was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002 for his active community involvement.

Professional Background: Ms. McCormick has been employed by Grid International since 1988 where she has served diverse capacities from computer systems management to product development. Combined with ten years of experience at the University of Texas, Department of English, Ms. McCormick brings over 25 years of professional design, editing, and typesetting experience, and integrates that with a vast knowledge and understanding of the printing process, both electronic and hard copy.

Expertise: Cheryl has more than 15 year’s experience of Grid consulting both as a client company corporate executive, and then as an independent Grid Associate. She is an expert on Grid applications and implementation, and plays a key role in helping companies align Grid to change strategies with key performance measures. Having seen Grid work from the client perspective, Cheryl is now active in product development and as an international instructor trainer, having facilitated the development of Seminar Managers from four continents.

Professional Background: Cheryl is a results-oriented Grid Associate with over 20 years of corporate experience in both Communications and Finance as a Certified General Accountant. She experienced Grid as the Corporate Spokesperson and Communications Director of a 10,000 employee, $2 billion a year retail chain where she was responsible for Customer Service, Media Relations, Community Relations, and Communications.

Ms. O'Sullivan's clients are from a diverse range of organizations--large firms in the automotive, building and construction, mining and pharmaceutical sectors, entrepreneurial businesses in the clothing, retail, engineering, and recycling fields, and state and federal government, research, and academic oranizations who are building partnerships with industry.

Expertise: Dr. Rudy Attems is owner and CEO of Attems, Weber OEG, a Vienna-based consulting company. In his present consulting work, he specializes in professionalizing leadership and developing organizational structures that are able to cope with the emerging, new demands of changing business environments and to implement strategies into effective, daily use. Presently, he is doing special research in developing autonomy and accountability in organizations.

Professional Background: Dr. Attems is the author of several books on Leadership, strategy implementation, and the Jungian typology in management. He has guided executive teams in India and Singapore through powerful visioning and team building experiences. Using Synergogy, a core Grid methodology, he has developed a series of high-impact training workshops like "Selection and Interviewing Skills," "Building Assessors Skills," and "Putting Emotional Intelligence to Work."
